Project reporting

Briefly
  1. According to the decision Scientific and technical council of HSE supercomputer complex and clause 4 access rules, all authors in their papers should refer to the use of computational resources of HPC facilities. To do this, use the following formulations in the Acknowledgments session: «This research was supported in part through computational resources of HPC facilities at HSE University»*. A level of papers in the report affects on the limits of the usage of supercomputer machine time.
  2. The project report is made in the form of one slide in MS PowerPoint format in English (template). Presentation format: popular science. In the drawings explaining the essence of the work, the use of GIF animation is recommended. From the slide report, it should be clear to any reader that your project is complex, and it cannot be done on a personal computer. We show the most spectacular slides of supercomputer users at conferences and excursions.
  3. The slide should contain a list of scientific articles published by the project participants with reference to the use of the HSE supercomputer. Please note that the fields in the «Slide notes» window are also required.
  4. The report on the work done is submitted through a personal account on the "Reports" tab.
  5. User reports can be freely published (see clause 5.2 of the Regulations).
* To simplify the search for publications associated with the supercomputer, you can optionally add a link to the article to them:

In detail

You can find detailed information about the report the stages of its verification and the impact on further access in the section №5 Regulations for access to the supercomputer complex (pdf) (in Russin).
